A passion for justice, healthy relationships for children, and community healing motivated me to pursue a Masters Degree in Social Work following my undergraduate education in Neuropsychology; both degrees which I obtained studying at the University of New Hampshire in my home state. I have developed a diverse professional background working with people across the lifespan navigating a wide range of life circumstances including homelessness, substance use, child welfare system involvement, trauma, spiritual questions, and behavioral challenges. My areas of clinical passion include ADHD, adoption/foster care, trauma, sports psychology, and parent-child relationships.

I aim to utilize a warm, holistic, and collaborative clinical style that places you in the driver’s seat of your healing. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships to promote goal achievement and increased self-esteem. I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solutions-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to support clients at whatever stage of the journey they are in. I encourage clients to implement whole-person care into their daily lives by emphasizing the connection between physical, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing.

When I am not at the office I enjoy time connecting with nature and volunteering in the community with my husband and two Poodles.
