Becky Glaze

Hello! I’m Becky Glaze

LICSW

I am a NH native and care deeply about the health and wellness of my community, which led me to a graduate degree in social work. I studied at the University of New Hampshire and hold a Masters Degree in Social Work with a Concentration in Integrated Mental and Physical Health. I have been in the field of social work for 10 years, where I worked with a variety of populations to include families, adolescents, individuals, and mothers to achieve treatment goals. I am a trained EMDR therapist through EMDRIA. My passion is working with those who suffer from medical trauma, women’s health issues, and those who work in the medical field who experience trauma personally and professionally. I am also a veteran and served in the United States Army, and feel passionate about offering EMDR therapy to military personnel and first responders.

When providing therapy to my patients, I take an integrative treatment approach to healing. I am trained in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, which incorporates healing with the food we put into our bodies. With this approach, I implement education on nutrition, herbal remedies, and other lifestyle habits into my work with my patients.

I am a 200+ Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I lead yoga, meditation, and group fitness classes. Given my experience and expertise in treating trauma, all of the classes I lead are delivered with a trauma informed approach.

When I am not guiding my patients through the treatment process, you can find me outside exploring the outdoors with my partner, daughter, and dog.

Mallorie Stanley

Hello! I’m Mallorie Stanley

LICSW

I grew up in New Hampshire, surrounded by all the beautiful natural spaces that this area has to offer. I was active in the outdoors from a young age, and my experiences in the outdoors have shaped me as an individual and as a clinician. After finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience, I completed a Dual Master’s Degree in Social Work and Outdoor Education at the University of New Hampshire. This training taught me how to intentionally use wilderness and adventure experiences as treatment for mental illness. In over seven years in the mental health field, I have used this training in a number of different roles, including as a therapeutic adventure group facilitator, wilderness therapy field guide, and therapist at a wilderness therapy program in Utah.

I approach my work with clients through a trauma and attachment lens, meaning that I believe many of the challenges we face with our mental and emotional wellness can be traced back to traumatic or interpersonally disruptive experiences. I also believe in the healing powers of the outdoors, nature, green spaces, and movement. My goal is to help my clients find ways to integrate natural spaces and natural elements into their wellness routines, alongside traditional talk therapy and EMDR therapy. This could be something as high energy as going on a hike to regulate your nervous system, or simply tending to a small house plant to feel grounded. The possibilities are endless, and always guided by whatever feels right for you!

Some of my own favorite things to do in nature are hiking, snowboarding, surfing, and caring for my plants.

Abigail Cote

Hello! I’m Brian Driscoll

M.S. CMHC, PhD Candidate

I believe in the power of healing and the ability of everyone to be able to overcome trauma and adversity. Having previously served in the military and first responder, and now as a school counselor for children, I am dedicated to the service of others with a humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. My passion is in helping others heal from the effects of trauma and the many other obstacles that life will present. Oftentimes the hardest step is the first step. With a soft voice, compassion, understanding, and acceptance, I want to take that first step with you and empower you to find strength and resilience.

Offering services through a person-centered, trauma informed, and strengths-based approach, I assist others in overcoming anxiety, trauma and experiences that have complicated their lives. Feeling comfortable in an environment where you are free to be vulnerable and free to be human is the first step in overcoming trauma without the fear of being judged.

I as well as so many others have experienced trauma and know the effects that it can have on others and ourselves, and the difficulties and challenges that come with it. We are all capable of so much more and the abilities are all within us to be well and heal. Whether you are a child, adult, first responder, or student, we can all heal! Let me help you!

Johanna White

Hi! I’m Johanna White

MA CMHC

Life is full of experiences that challenge resilience of both mind and body. My therapeutic approach revolves around the belief that true healing arises from honoring one’s authentic self and embracing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Through compassionate understanding and unconditional support, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where my clients can embark on their transformative journey to recovery and self-discovery.

Prior to leaning into my true passion and pursuing a career in mental health, I worked in the medical field for over a decade. My background provides me with unique perspectives in the mind-body connection and the value of a holistic approach, as well as a deep understanding of the emotional challenges of caregiving professions. As the wife of a now retired military officer with 22 years of service, I have also personally witnessed the sacrifices and challenges faced by both those who serve and their families. I am fortunate to have been able to integrate my journey into my professional counseling experience working with veterans, first responders, and their partners. In this time, I have sought to provide a safe space for those who have selflessly served their country and communities, and help them to navigate the complexities of trauma.

In my free time, I am passionate about deepening my yoga practice and finding solace in nature through hiking, kayaking, and skiing with my husband and two children. Through my dedication to make time for joy, I find balance, growth, and a deep appreciation for the world around me.

Emma Conant

Hi! I’m Emma Conant

MA CMHC

I became interested in helping others ever since I was a child. Which led to me exploring the various career paths within the helping profession for several years. I explored and rode along with EMTs/Paramedics, police officers, and took a medical exploration course at the local hospital in high school only to then understand that being a counselor felt like the best fit for me.

I obtained my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. I have been in the mental health field for several years and worked with several populations with varying levels of care. During my master’s program I worked full-time at a psychiatric inpatient hospital to support those who were trying to cope with various hardships life can throw at us. This experience led to me developing an interest in crisis work as well as developing skills that allows me to feel confident working with severe trauma/PTSD.

My most recent work as a clinician has been working with Veterans/active Military and First Responders which is a population that I feel passionately about and have greatly valued working with. I feel grateful to have the opportunity to share/hold space for those who choose to be open and vulnerable after seeing and experiencing trauma day after day.

When I am not working, I enjoy relaxing outside, swimming, hanging with my cats, finding and listening to new music, and taking time to be with my friends and family.

I know the difficulty and discomfort it takes to reach out and ask for help, but that discomfort and difficulty will be matched with acceptance and empathy. As your clinician I will help you understand your own strengths and resilience, support you in achieving your goals, and get creative while doing so.

Bre VanDeWeghe

Hi, I’m Bre VanDeWeghe!

MSW

Throughout my education journey and experiences within the mental health field, I developed a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being,whatever that may look like. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2023 and am under supervision to obtain my clinical license. My clinical experience includes providing community based services to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as those living with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries. I most recently worked within an Employee Assistance Program, providing short-term counseling services to employees of contracted agencies, focusing on work-life balance and navigating life stressors.

I strive to create a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment, where individuals feel comfortable to engage in self-exploration and discovery. Aaron Boucher

Hello, I’m Aaron Boucher

MA CMHC, M.E.d Secondary Education

In addition to EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions, I employ creative approaches to therapy that seek to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. Since no two clients are exactly the same, no two applications of evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be the same. As such, therapy may be augmented with creative application of interventions through art, writing, puzzles, and games.

My path to the mental health profession started with my work as an educator of middle and high school students. As a teacher I learned firsthand that the mental health of a student profoundly affects their ability to access education. Additionally, it became clear to me that schools are frequently places that exacerbate mental health struggles rather than ameliorate them. While schools are beginning to address the mental health needs of students, educators are often the ones who are handed this additional responsibility–usually with little or no training. This, along with the many pressures that teachers and other school personnel face, often creates a work environment that is intensely stressful and potentially traumatic for school employees. These factors also affect the parents and families of school-aged children. Given these realities, I enjoy working with educators, middle and high school students, and parents and families because the psychological health of the whole educational environment affects all of the parts.

I am also a strident believer in the power of communication as a tool for connecting, building resilience, and healing. While communication comes in many forms (e.g. art, music, creative writing) and conveys many things (e.g. fact, values, ideas, emotions) it is often overlooked as an important skill and vital tool. As such, developing communication skills is an area in which I enjoy working with clients.

I look forward to working with you toward your therapeutic goals.

Haley King

Hi! I’m Haley King

CMHC Intern

Through the evolution of my own life experiences I have been drawn towards working to support the mental health of the greater community around me, and the development of skills that improve the lives of others. The COVID-19 pandemic only strengthened my drive to find a path towards this goal, and in the fall of 2021 I began studying through Bay Path University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, within their concentration on Advanced Trauma-Informed Counseling.

I am trained in Baptiste Power Yoga, graduating in 2014 from the 200 hour teacher trainee program at Power Yoga of Cape Cod. My passion is offering classes that welcome all body types and physical abilities, in order to enhance the connection between physical expression and mental processes. Through yoga we can offer ourselves the opportunity to unravel physical symptoms of trauma and stress, and establish patterns of movement that empower our daily cognitive functions.

My goal as a therapist is to offer holistic, strengths-based care that empowers clients to identify areas in their life where they need support and work collaboratively with them to create treatment goals. I aim to work with adults, particularly in support of the diverse needs of veterans, and first responders, and for those experiencing symptoms of trauma and traumatic stress in a safe and empathetic environment. In my free time I can most likely be found reading, hanging out with my 2 rescue dogs, or adventuring with my partner.
