My passion for connecting people to the natural world brought me to New Hampshire, where I pursued a dual Master’s in Social Work and Outdoor Education at the University of New Hampshire. Through this unique program, I learned to integrate outdoor and adventure experiences into the therapeutic process. Whether it’s time spent on a ropes course, a walk in the woods, or creating nature art, these experiences offer valuable insights and opportunities for growth. As an outdoor educator, I thrive on helping participants push their boundaries, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves.

In my clinical work, I have provided community-based adolescent and family therapy, in-home support, and therapeutic adventure programming for adolescents in a diversion program. I’m passionate about weaving experiential modalities into my practice, tailoring each approach to best meet the needs and goals of my clients.

I approach therapy with a social justice, trauma-informed, and holistic perspective. My goal is to ensure that my clients feel heard, respected, and empowered, while also considering both the broader systemic factors and the more personal, micro-level influences that impact their lives.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, tending to my plants and garden (in the summer), hiking and camping, and crafting!
