As a clinician, my goal is to offer personalized care to address the unique aspects of self, goals, and challenges that you bring to our sessions. I aim to cultivate a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment that honors individual experiences and vulnerability.

I obtained my master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University and am currently under supervision to obtain my license in clinical mental health counseling. My professional experience in the mental health and family services fields highlight my passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults looking to build on their inherent strengths and skills while developing new understandings and strategies to realign with their goals and values.

My counseling approach can be described as strength-based and person-centered with focus on the intricate relationship of the mind and body. In life, we may absorb and integrate difficult experiences which can contribute to feelings of dysregulation or dysfunction. I work with individuals with a range of life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional issues. I incorporate well-known methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) layered with other creative and evidence-based techniques with the appreciation that there is no “one size fits all” approach. I am committed to continuously adding to my therapeutic toolbox to, in turn, support clients add to their own while on their journey of increasing awareness and understanding of their health, wellness, and healing.

Outside of the office, I enjoy time with my dogs, thrifting, crafting, and visiting with loved ones.

Whether you are an adolescent, adult, student, or community helper that is new to therapy or rejoining the process, I look forward to working with you to reach your goals for fulfilling, lasting change!
