I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University and hold a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. My interest in therapy stems from a desire to understand the underlying dynamics that shape human behavior and relationships, paired with an appreciation for how everything is interconnected.
My approach draws from humanistic, behavioral, and systemic theories, with an emphasis on strengths-based collaboration. I strive to co-create strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel seen, make meaning of life’s messiness, and tap into their resilience.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence (including ADHD), grief, relational stress, and life transitions such as divorce, career changes, postpartum adjustment, and the many turning points that accompany growth. I also work with clients integrating psychedelic experiences, particularly ketamine, drawing from personal insight and ongoing clinical training.
Group work and community-based healing are a focus of my clinical interests. I believe that meaningful change often emerges through shared experience, mutual reflection, and relational engagement. Recently, I’ve been exploring how play, spontaneity, and curiosity can foster emotional resilience, presence, and cognitive flexibility.
Outside of work, you can find me hiking in the White Mountains, biking along the rail trails, paddleboarding, or touring nearby towns. As a recent transplant from Tennessee, I am still excited to explore all that New England has to offer.
I’m honored to walk alongside clients on their journey and look forward to collaborating toward meaningful, lasting change.
