I obtained my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. Throughout my career journey I have developed a passion about the connection between our minds and bodies and how to incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives.

I believe in overall well-being, including maintaining a balance between our physical and mental/behavioral health by developing self-awareness that can lead to positive change, personal growth and contributes to a healthier lifestyle. I have been in the field of mental health for several years working in various Community Health Care Centers providing integrative behavioral health services to adults, children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds and cultural preferences. My work is centered around working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, ADHD, parenting/family change difficulties and relationship problems utilizing evidence-based practices to meet individual’s unique needs. As a clinician my goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can feel truly heard and understood, allowing for positive change and improvement of overall wellbeing, as well as working collaboratively to empower, provide guidance, support and redirection throughout the counseling process.

I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches, treatment strategies and techniques focusing on a Person-Centered approach, combining various modalities including (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Care. During my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking and exploring nature, sitting at the park with my family and dog. I look forward to providing support towards your healing journey and personal growth!
