I grew up in Southern New Hampshire with an appreciation for our four seasons’ beauty and natural diversity. After exploring other helping professions, most recently with New Hampshire 911, my passion led me to counseling.

I am pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I am passionate about crisis and trauma work, particularly within veteran and first responder populations. I have a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention, and I bring empathy, resilience, and a collaborative spirit to my work. I am committed to fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being that aligns seamlessly with the unique needs of those who have served our communities and our country. I strive to create a safe space where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.

In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and gardening.
