Here at True North, we value and encourage a holistic approach to mental health. This considers all aspects of a person including mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social health. That is why we have partnered with like-minded organizations around the greater Manchester area to provide our clients with a well-rounded approach to their mental health journey. Are you someone who loves yoga, enjoys holistic approaches to their emotional and physical health, and regularly looks for new ways to improve their mental well-being? If your answer is yes, then we believe this membership is tailored perfectly for you.

Considering the holistic approach, a membership at True North Healing Center provides you with the following benefits every month:

Yoga & Wellness

$285/month (w/o breathwork)
$350/month (with breathwork)

Attend 2 Therapy Sessions at True North Healing Center, 2 yoga sessions at Humble Warrior Power Yoga, 2 breathwork sessions at Sacred Moon Healing Center

Integrative Medicine

$335/month

Attend 2 Therapy Sessions at True North Healing Center, meet with a provider from our list every 3 months.

Mind, Body, & Soul

$499/month

All of the above! Attend 2 Therapy Sessions at True North Healing Center, 2 yoga sessions at Humble Warrior Power Yoga, 2 breathwork sessions at Sacred Moon Healing Center AND meet with a provider from our list every 3 months!
