Hello! I’m Sarah, MSW
I support clients who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, often showing up as overthinking, feeling unsettled, or reacting instead of responding. In therapy, we’ll explore where these patterns began, the roles they have played, and how to meet your needs in healthier ways so you can live more authentically.
How I Work
I offer a warm, supportive space to explore feelings, clarify thoughts, and connect with your values. I provide tools for calming your nervous system and improving communication. I use a blend of strengths-based approaches, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, somatics, IFS, DBT, and EMDR in my practice.
What Led Me Here
I believe therapy is valuable because mental health symptoms are our body and brain’s way of letting us know that parts of us need extra care. I was drawn to this profession because I am passionate about supporting people in unburdening their authentic selves and transitioning out of survival mode.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, swimming, experiencing live music, and exploring the outdoors.
