I’m a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor working toward licensure, and I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a growing interest in relationships and couples work, and I’m currently accepting both individuals and couples. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up exactly as you are.
How I Work
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic work, and person-centered approaches, and I use EMDR to support processing and healing. You can expect a supportive, gently challenging space where we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop more fulfilling ways of being. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor into the room, balancing validation with honest, direct feedback to help you move forward in ways that feel grounded and empowering.
What Led Me Here
Becoming a clinician is a second career for me, shaped by personal exploration and a deep interest in how people change. I was drawn to this work not only out of passion, but because it aligns with my values of empathy, connection, and insight. I find meaning in helping people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their strengths.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my partner and our dog, who is named after a superhero but gives more villain energy.
