Hello! I’m Peyton, Clinical Intern

I am currently a pre-licensed therapist working toward licensure. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I work with clients of all ages who face a variety of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, past trauma, PTSD, grief, interpersonal relationship concerns, and stress management.

How I Work

My approach to therapy is to create a warm and collaborative environment where you can feel safe and open to exploring the challenges you face. I seek to meet you where you are in order to support your growth. In my work, I draw on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Motivational Interviewing. Through these approaches, I explore different areas of your life to better understand your experiences and support meaningful change.

What Led Me Here

What drew me to this work is a desire to be a support for those around me. I have always had a drive to help others in a meaningful way. I value the opportunity to work alongside clients on their journey and to support them in discovering healing, growth, and resilience within themselves.

Outside of the office, I enjoy being by the ocean, hiking, biking, and running with my partner.
