Hello! I’m Mariah, Clinical Intern

I work with people who feel stuck as they are trying to create change in their lives. My clients are often looking to shift habits or behaviors, or are entering a new phase of life. I also help people manage anxiety and process past experiences that may be interfering with daily life.

How I Work

I help my clients make progress through insight and empowerment. I strive to understand your experiences and beliefs so we can work together to accomplish your therapeutic goals. I take a strengths-based, holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that different aspects of life contribute to overall wellness. The relationship between the mind and body is a particular passion of mine, and I integrate techniques that support this connection in my practice.

What Led Me Here

I was inspired to become a clinician because I wanted to help people, and I believe mental health counseling is a meaningful way to do that. My goal is to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be by connecting you with tools and knowledge that support that growth.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with friends and family, and expanding my horizons through reading and traveling.
