Hello! I’m Liz Cirelli, M.Ed., LCMHC.

Clinical Lead

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Supervisor with a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College and more than 20 years of experience supporting the emotional, mental, and personal well-being of both youth and adults. My professional background includes clinical counseling, school counseling, student support, mindfulness education, wellness coaching, and holistic healing.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping individuals recognize their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and build greater confidence and resilience. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and loss. My approach is compassionate and individualized, emphasizing connection, self-awareness, and personal growth.

In addition to my clinical counseling experience, I have served as a Dean of Students, supporting students in grades 6–12 as they navigated academic, social-emotional, and behavioral challenges. My work in education has strengthened my commitment to creating supportive environments, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping individuals develop the skills they need to thrive.

I am also a Reiki Master, Life Coach, 200-hour Yoga Instructor, and meditation teacher. I incorporate wellness practices, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches into my work to support overall well-being. Becoming a Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor has allowed me to further my commitment to professional growth and supporting the development of others.

While I have extensive experience working with both youth and adults, my current focus is primarily on serving adults. I am passionate about helping adults manage stress, navigate life transitions, strengthen their emotional well-being, and reconnect with their inner strengths and sense of purpose.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help them create a more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling life.
