Hello! I’m Katlyn, MA CMHC

As a clinician, I hold a dedicated focus on supporting others at any point in their healing journey. I aim to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively to build insight and enhance skills and strategies that help you realign with your goals and values. I have the pleasure of working with individuals from various walks of life ages 16 and older.

How I Work

I draw on evidence-based approaches, with clinical interests that include trauma, anxiety, depression, occupational stress, life transitions, and relationships, with an emphasis on the whole person and the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy incorporating creative and strengths-based techniques, with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I am committed to continuously expanding my therapeutic toolbox so I can support you in building your own.

What Led Me Here

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, and I am working toward completing my licensure requirements. With a deep appreciation for the unique challenges faced by those in high-demand community service or caregiving roles, I feel especially passionate about supporting those who show up for others. I understand the culture and pressures of helping professions and strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. Even the calmest in a crisis deserve a place to exhale.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, thrifting, crafting, and visiting with loved ones.
