Hello! I’m Felicia, CMHC
I work with individuals navigating trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I especially enjoy supporting veterans, first responders, and those healing from sexual trauma or concerns related to sexuality. I aim to create a compassionate, grounded space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
Therapy Approach
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and a collaborative therapeutic style. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate it when appropriate to help process traumatic experiences safely and effectively. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we explore challenges at a pace that feels manageable. I focus on building resilience, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you develop practical skills that support long-term well-being.
Why I Became a Therapist
Growing up in Southern New Hampshire, I developed a deep appreciation for community and service. After working in various helping professions, including emergency services, I felt called to support individuals during their most vulnerable moments. This led me to pursue my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I continue to be inspired by the strength and courage of the people I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and tending to my garden.
