Hello! I’m Becky, LICSW, Certified Psychedelic Therapist

I am glad you are taking the time to explore healing within. I am an extrovert and enjoy working with a wide variety of people. I especially like working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are ready to process it and release it from their bodies. I typically work with PTSD, C-PTSD, and chronic health conditions. I take an integrative approach to my work. If you choose to work with me, we will likely engage in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I may also encourage you to consult with a naturopath, a Chinese medicine doctor, or a dietitian, and to explore somatic practices outside of therapy, such as yoga, going to the gym, or breathwork.

How I Work

My approach to therapy is intuitive and collaborative. We often begin with gentle exploration and relationship-building. I tend to tune into your sense of humor, and we can use laughter as a way to make the hard work feel more approachable. I also incorporate education on mental and physical health, including how symptoms can be released from the central nervous system for deeper relief, rather than simply coping with them. When you are ready for trauma work, we will move at a pace set by you and your system.

What Led Me Here

My interest in this work began while I was serving on active duty in the Army as a military police soldier. During that time, I responded to many calls on base that involved underlying mental health challenges in need of care and healing. After leaving the military, I earned my master’s degree in social work with a focus on integrated primary care and mental health. This deepened my understanding of how physical and mental health influence one another. Over time, I became especially drawn to addressing the root causes of symptoms, which led me to pursue certification in EMDR, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and other somatic practices.

When I am not in the healing space, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, playing basketball, and coaching rowing.
