Hello! I’m Breanne, V. LICSW

Welcome! I currently work with adults (18+) who are navigating trauma and stressor related symptoms, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, and stress management. Since completing a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies, my experience and interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community and within women’s issues have grown and continue to be an important part of my work.

How I Work

Using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, I focus on empowering you to take the lead in identifying your goals for growth and healing. I use a combination of evidence based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parts Work, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based interventions. I act as a collaborative sounding board, offering guidance, support, and tools to help build insight and take meaningful steps toward positive change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a key component of the healing process, strengthened through empathy, reflective listening, and acceptance.

What Led Me Here

Throughout my education and experiences, I developed a passion for working with people and hearing about their unique life journeys. I often find myself in awe of the determination and perseverance I witness in this work. I feel passionate about supporting individuals in reigniting their inner resources and recognizing their own resilience. I feel grateful to be a small part of each person’s journey, and I aim to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Sonny, and being outside in the warmer weather. Some of my favorite activities include listening to podcasts, working on fixer-upper house projects, relaxing, and exploring local small businesses and coffee shops.
